"Quality Exteriors has installed two (2) new roofs on my home in a 13 year span [both from major hail storm damage]. They’ve also installed new windows, gutters, did some painting and replaced a major portion of my privacy fence. If it is possible for a 30 yr old home to look new, then it does. Major facelift, major improvement. The "old girl" looks good. I've received so many compliments and I have recommended them to many people who have indeed used them. It's not just the great job they did on my home/property, but the crew was great, from sales thru cleanup. I couldn't be more pleased. "nI called Brandon at WPE to see if he could come take a look at our roof/windows where the water was leaking in from the snow storm.  Despite the road conditions, he was able to make it out to our house the same day by early afternoon.  He and his crew cleared the ice and snow away from the leaking area, determining that there wasn't a major issue with the roof, but rather with the window insatllation (or flashings). The removal of snow and ice took care of the problem short term, and he explained to me what would need to be done to repair the issue long term. Due to the high cost of repairing of the issue compared against the low frequency that he expected us to encounter this issue, we have decided against completing any additional work at this time,  However, if we are going to move forward with completing the recommended work, I would definitely use Weatherproofing Experts.  I believe Brandon is fair, quite competent and very professional.
