Love the granite and pretty happy with installation, however, contract states I wanted to keep the granite cut out for the sink and the stove top. There also was suppose to be a SS double sink included. Items were not left and Steven will not return my phone calls. Have been trying for 6 weeks to reach him to no avail. He made an appointment with me to bring the granite, however, was a no show. Very disappointed. Did not call them again to do the granite work in the master bath that is in process now.

Amazing. I highly recommend, They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and everything the others we contacted were not. We had tried to do business with 3/4 others and with missed appointments and anything but definite pricing, we were really discouraged. Full slab pricing plus fabrication costs most offered seemed outrageous. Steven has understandable REASONABLE pricing that seemed the same for everyone. We got the impression from most businesses that pricing was based on how much we were willing to pay rather than the cost of materials and labor. We selected the grade and slab we wanted, several days later they did the templates, and were ready to install a few days after that. OMG! So easy and quick. Pricing was price for granite/sq,ft. we needed plus 10% installed!! No BS. Our tile backsplash is going in today and I'll post pictures of the countertops asap. PS: I saw one less than perfect review on another site for this company. That person never did business with DFW Wholesale Granite just kept trying to get them to come out to measure when they didn't even have cabinets and countertop bases installed yet. In other words, there was nothing yet to measure. My impression was he was putting the cart before the horse. This company was so quick and accurate with amazing results, we couldn't have been more pleased.

After searching prices throughout the DFW area for granite, we found DFW Wholesale Granite to have the best prices and a great selection. We worked with Stephen Marszal picking out both our kitchen granite and master bath granite. He made the templates and we were able to pick out the sections of our granite slab for each template. The installers did a great job. They did have to cut the stove opening (in the kitchen island) out in the house and created quite a lot of dust. However, the end result was them paying for a home cleaning service. All cuts made for the bathroom countertops were made outside. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend DFW Wholesale Granite.

On 8/29/2-16  both my husband and myself  went to the warehouse to pick our slab of granite after  having our kitchen measured twice and the template done once..  We spoke to Reed Lowman  and picked out Persa Pearl for our home.  I asked Reed was this the piece of granite  we will be getting to which he replied  Yes.   He went on to say that   there was only  4 pieces of this one left  the others had been sold  and this was the last one.  He also added that   he had seen what was coming and it was in no way as pretty as  the piece in front of us  so  we paid our $1200 deposit and  settled  on on install  date of  9/6/16 a Tuesday.    Thursday 9/1/16 the  granite arrived at my home.  I called Reed and told him my granite was here and we were not ready.  He called me back  telling me they got the day confused and that we were still on for Tuesday. .  The next phone call i get was Saturday  9/3/16 leaving me a message stating  some machine had broken down and that  my install had been pushed back  until  Friday 9/9/16  .  I was  a little confused as my granite had already been here on the truck  for installation on the wrong day. I called Reed and he said “They had screwed up and went to your place the wrong day we are good for install on Tuesday”.  So  i went to the warehouse on  9/6/16 and what do you know there is the piece of granite my husband and i thought  was going in  our home.  I asked Reed  this is our granite  why is it still here He said “Oh no this is just  a piece for display yours  is down the fabricators”.  I was speechless   I really liked the piece we picked  and  i just got in my car and left.  So we had been blatantly lied to and actually had a bate and switch done on us . Show us the good stuff and install us an impervious quality granite. NOT ONCE WAS THIS EVER MENTIONED UNTIL THE DAY I WENT TO WAREHOUSE. as we had been told it was ours. So we had our granite installed Friday 9/8/16 and  this is what followed   .  Reed  came to our home before installation had finished raving on about he had lost $350.00 on this job  stating he was going to kill someone and  Merry Xmas to me.   I  felt very uneasy and  thought  it was very unprofessional and it was like our fault what had happened. We did not bring plans to you  You came and measured  our kitchen .  So because he says we got it for free which we beg to differ we are to accept low grande granite and a terrible install and finish .   He got his check and left  Never coming back for a final inspection.   The installers left, i ran my had over the granite and  it was rough everywhere .I called Reed and the guys came back and worked another hour.   They also took gauges out of the granite edge where we had paid for the edging.  They tried to fix it but  now  we have a ruined edge.  The installers told me to contact the company     It  was still not fixed  and before I  could call him he called me to ask if the guys had finished   i told him  the problems  and  i was speechless at the way i was spoken to.  He kept telling me it was free it was free so  I am not fixing it   I  said that i would rather have a  perfect job done  than this so called free granite  He told me there is no perfect in granite. I was referring to the install cracks, badly repaired gauges , cracks right through etc etc  After finding numerous cracks ( some right through the granite)  and not polished, some badly repaired gauges we  also have a huge hole cut in our wall. The one piece was too long so the guys told me after they did it they had no option the piece  was too long. I found it by pushing on the tile They had laid the tile back over the hole so i wouldn’t see it. When talking to Reed he told us our wall was not level  and we do it all the time .  I am thinking that a man who likes to constantly tell you how long he has been doing this and how few complaints they have had could be so unprofessional.  There are  cracks that go right through the granite at the front of the sink and other areas I have had two people come out and look at the granite . One said “They company needs to come back and fix this”. the other said “It was the worst he had ever seen”  . I called Reed Saturday morning at  9.30 and left a message  .  l also  sent an email and asked that he come have a look at the  work .   He told me  he was swamped until Tuesday  .  I asked him can he come today  9.10/16. before  10.30 before my husband goes to bed .  He said he would have to see the stone.   We waited until 11.00am no Reed.   My husband went up there  as suspected there was  no customers  there.  He told my husband  we got granite for free  and that he was not fixing a thing for you  and got nasty.  We have done nothing  wrong we trusted your company to  do this job.  It is not like this is  $5.00 we are talking about. we have saved hard to have this  granite done.     We have been  lied to by Reed regarding our granite slab and  have been nothing but courteous with the  so called  changes to our install and any other  lies he told us  I have taken  photos  which are hard to see the  cracks  and repairs without actually seeing and toughing it in person.   He acted  like this is our fault and  behaved   very unprofessional.   If  we cannot get our granite installed and  the way it should be  then we have no other option to seek other avenues to get it replaced.   It cannot be repaired it has to be replaced as it is cracked all the way through in places This was absolutely no fault of ours   and we have been treated so ugly and nasty form someone we trusted to do a job  You are the people that screwed this up badly and all we are asking is it for to be fixed. What happened to “We guarantee our work any problems just call us”. Treated us real nice until you got our money. As from today 9/14/2016 after numerous calls and emails and a personal visit to the warehouse we are yet to have any return contact with any representative from this company. Keeps saying free granite Well if we did that is your fault you mesured not us. First we heard of this so called free granite was when we paid the final payment. Said he did not inclcude the island he had 2 weeks Yet on all the drawings and quotes there is the island and the eyebrow Plus the whole lot of graite we got is a damged cracked right through in places not just the island. I think they made out fine. We didnt get the grantie we picked at teh so called warehouse and we were lied to . They say on their website Satisfaction guranteed yeah right . Dont let that fool you Go with someone else DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I don’t know how they got all these great reviews on here unless they wrote them themselves. . We did nothing but hire them to do a job Then lied to . Always been courteous i cannot say the same about Reed Lowman . Still not one word from anyone. We wont let this go if it means hiring an attorney we will. . All we did is hire them to do our countertops and above is what we got. BEWARE

Excellent service.  Both Steven and Reed were great to deal with.  The product was measured well, and installation was top notch and quick.  There was a seam that I was worried about, it was virtually unnoticeable, great work there.  Their price wasn't the lowest (we got roughly 5 bids), but still very competitive.  They won't try to tell you they're the lowest either, they sell themselves based off quality work.  I would highly recommend these guys.

I did quite a bit of shopping and was concerned with getting a good quality job using high end exotic granite.  The prices were staggering and my quotes were in the $10,000 to $12,000.00 price range which was far out of my budget.  I was considering going with builder's grade granite to keep costs down.  David  Hitt was a true professional and made me an incredible price on a premium granite that was equal to the $12,000.00 I was quoted at the leading well known Granite place here in Fort Worth.  My experience with them was not good which is why I sought out someone else.
My experience with DFW Wholesale Granite was without flaw.  David brought Reed Lowman his master granite cutter out who measured and prepared my granite.  When they brought it out a few days later the entire crew was professional and quickly made the final cuts taking care to whisk away any cutting dust and did a beautiful job of fitting all the pieces together.
I cannot say enough good things about David, Reed and the entire staff.  This was a great experience and I got it all done in less than a week when others quoted 30 days or longer.  Best of all I got the best product at half the price of builder's grade materials.
Feel free to contact me anytime for references.  Great job and a great company!

The salesman went to great lengths to get accurate templates to ensure proper fit.  They stuck to their estimate with no surprises at the end.  The installers were on time, friendly and professional.  It was hard work to get everything aligned properly, but they didn't settle for less than perfection.   Tearing out the old counter tops required tearing up part of the tile backsplash.  We were informed of this ahead of time and knew going in that tile work would be needed by another contractor.  Our counter tops are beautiful, and I would recommend DFW Wholesale Granite.

These guys are very customer oriented.

I ordered a countertop the week before Christmas (just like everyone else) and was hopeful that I could get it installed by the following weekend.  They did not make any promises, but advised me they would try to accommodate my request.  Not only did they get it in time, but it looks fantastic.

The workers left nothing behind for me to clean up.  All I had to do was admire it once it was complete.

They were speedy and reasonably priced. The only thing I would do over again is I wish I had written down the color of my slab when I went to pick it out. I went to the warehouse and assumed they had written down the name of the slab. It looked different after it was installed. I know that could have to do with lighting and the room it was in. I'm happy with my granite and would not hesitate to use them again.

Reed, Javier and Dave were fantastic to work with.  They were patient in working with us as we kept going back and forth between one of their stock granite versus a purchase slabs at IMC, combination of the two since we were doing the adjoining laundry room as well.  Once we set on a plan they were very helpful at every step of the process (since we ended up purchasing slabs at IMC).  Fabrication was wonderful, the seam lines not noticeable and under mount fit of the sink was perfect and is supported well.  Pricing is very competitive if not better.

What would I do different.  Nothing with DFW Wholesale granite.  There is something unique in regards to our house that I might plan the job differently but they were extreme professionals and the work is exemplary.

DFW Wholesale Granite buys slabs from a granite wholesale company and asked us to go to the wholesale warehouse and select the granite we wanted for our kitchen remodel. After our selection and before the installation could begin, DFW Wholesale Granite asked us to examine the actual 2 slabs we were purchasing. When we saw the slabs, they were fine except there was a large natural blemish in the middle of both slabs that we asked the installer to avoid when cutting our countertops. They said they could and agreed to avoid the blemishes. On July 3, 2014, the installers came to our home and began installing the countertops. To our amazement, the blemish we asked them to avoid was right in the middle of the most noticeable part of the countertop. We called the company and told them we were not accepting the work and asked the installers to take it out. In addition, another countertop they brought that day was cut approximately 1 1/2 inches short. There should have been no reason for the bad measurement since they company had been to our home on 2 occasions to measure. On July 5, the installer came back to complete the installation at which time we were satisfied with the work and signed off on it.
Since we had paid for 2 full slabs of granite but only needed 1 1/2, they company originally agreed to buy back the half slab. But since they had originally made measurement errors, they needed to use the extra half slab to make up for their mistakes. However, I agreed to pay the full amount for both slabs with the provision that they salvage a piece of the leftover granite for a small hutch we decided to have built as a part of the remodeling project. DFW agreed and told us it would be ready in a week. In reality, it took nearly 4 weeks and several phone calls to DFW to get the piece cut to fit. In addition, when told about the promised date, the owner of DFW became extremely ugly on the phone and told me his salesman didn't have the authority to promise due dates. I replied that wasn't my problem and as far as I was concerned, his salesman was authorized to speak for the company. He became even more irritated when I said that and at that point, I decided to complete the dealings with DFW and write this review.
As a footnote, the salesman we worked with from DFW was a very nice, easy to deal with person. It's just unfortunate that the owner chose to be ugly. I hope others who have worked with this Angie's List A rated company have had a better experience. I will not do business with them again.

This was an excellent experience from showroom to install.

At the show room the owners were friendly, and accommodating.
They were patient with me as well as helpful while I returned over and over because either I could not make up my mind up  or I was trying to make my budget work.  Once the decision was made (all within my budget), I had an equally great experience at install.  Which was very timely!!
The workers arrived on schedule and were polite, friendly, skilled, careful with our carpeting and cabinets, and cleaned up well afterwards.  I would not hesitate to have them back on my next project.
I highly recommend this company, thank you DFW Wholesale Granite for ALL your help!!! :))

The owner Dave Hitt personally came to our home to take precise measurements, discuss the job itself and gave an estimate in an extremely timely manner.  He helped us locate a specific uncommon beautiful granite and was so helpful in helping us find the perfect granite slabs that we were pleased with.  We chose a high grade granite and he definitely extended the most fair price for such a high quality material.

The workmanship of the two gentleman that installed it was impeccable and it only took a few hours. Dave is very detail oriented and strives to do the best work possible.  We definitely plan to use his company again in the future. He is a kind, honest man that takes great pride in his work and company.  It was a joy to do business with Dave Hitt and this granite company.
