"Did not go well. I was told it would be more cost effective to replace rather than repair. I understood a replacement would be of similar features, capacity and efficiency, not true. My range was a single oven electric range with 5 elements on a smooth surface. I was first offered $299.99 to replace, After a week of attempting to speak with the person handling my claim the amount was raised to $349. There's nothing on the market similar to what I had for that price. The cheapest I could find was $599 on sale"

They called the same day and, because rain was expected on Sunday they came the next day (Saturday) so I wouldn’t have any leaks.
