While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."

The Johnson Brothers meet with our board members right away and took the time to survey our properties with us and hear our concerns. Since our repairs involved a deck between top floor and bottom floor owners, it was fairly complex. But the Johnson Brothers were very familiar with the structural issues we were facing. Their repair plan worked very well. They did a great job of communicating with us on start date, progress reports, any issues that came up. Their work was very thorough, they fixed the problems, and our decks are as good as new - likely even better than new."
