131 I contacted L&L services to figure out a drainage issue. I had a drain line to my bathtub seperated from the main line. I previously paid another plumbing company to replace old cast iron pipe and while that company replaced most of it, this piece was not. He replaced it, and cleaned up...
L&L Services LLCThe tech was very polite, neat and explained what was going on. I was told that there were some tree roots in the drain. He had to bring in a machine to cut the roots in the drain. I thought he did a great job, but was on the expensive side.

"The installation was ok with the exception of the wiring entry point into my garage. The pvc pipe was installed half way up the wall. Cosmetically, it does not look well at all. The entry should have been kept low to the ground. The installation was done in early winter so the lawn reconditioning was scheduled ti be done in the spring. However, I paid for services last year. I have called tri- country several times to finish my yard. I must hire someone else to level the mounds and fill in the low spots because I recently had back surgery. I have already purchased the dirt, which was additional expense. Other potential customers need know how this company treat its customers. I will be doing a BBB complaint also."

"This is one of the worst hvac companies we dealt with. We paid them $384 to do an air balance test. It's been almost two weeks and we still don't have the results. I have called them more than five times and I still can't get the report or even just the numbers from our testing. And every time I've called I have to call back at least a couple of times because the receptionist hangs up on me every time she puts me on hold. With every phone call I make I'm assured that the VP of Operations, Brian, will call back. Yesterday afternoon Amber told me he would call back in 5 min as soon as he was off a phone call. He still hasn't called back. I understand these businesses don't care about customers and only about money, but when you pay them hundreds of dollars you would think they would at least get you the piece of paper you paid them for.
