"These guys were great! From Kevin who did the initial roof inspection and quote to Jose and the crew they did everything discussed and then some. I’ve some experience with roofing and considered their quote reasonable, fair and very competitive. My roof was about 33 squares worth and with about 3/4 of the old roof having two layers of shingles to remove they were able to complete it in one day. They used tarps around the entire house to cover flower beds and catch debris. I look forward to working with these guys in the future and will be recommending them to friends."

Roll roofs don’t last as long as traditional roofs, like those made of asphalt shingles. A roll roof typically lasts between five and 15 years, whereas a shingled roof will last between 20 and 50  years. Always aim to get your contract in writing, and make sure it includes all terms and that you don’t agree to additional terms that don’t appear in the contract.
