Had plumbing issues for over a month and our landlord was slow to get started on the fix. Called these people, told our situation, called the landlord, had them set up an appointment - and in minutes a date was set (was doable within the week - unlike most jobs we've come across). They came first thing in the morning on the given date (VERY punctual), dug up the spot of the problems within just a few minutes... and they couldn't fix it, since the problem was caused by an AT&T fiberwire literally cutting THROUGH our sewer pipe! They left to get some supplies and CAME RIGHT BACK (too many maintenance folks say they'll get supplies at the store and don't come back UNTIL NEXT WEEK) to place up caution tape and clean up their mess. It's too bad that they couldn't fix our pipe (since it's AT&T's wire they'd have to go through now), but their service was exceptional. Definitely recommend! [PS: The prince listed on Project Cost would've been the price we had to pay if they were able to fix]

The services were great! The service man found the issue, explained what the issue was, gave me options on way to correct the issues as well as advised that my current fixtures were under warranty by the manufacturer, something that I didn’t even know. He was mannerable and was concerned that I understood my options. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and understood what he was doing.
