I am so impressed with Manny’s Movers. Manny and his employees are helpful, professional, hard-working and reliable. They were quick to go above and beyond and happily jumped into the difficult parts of the move. Great attitudes, great spirits. I highly recommend them!!

It went well. Those guys did a fantastic job and stuck with it until the end, even though the day of the move turned out to be the hottest day of the year.

This is second time using these guys from Jacob and Sons Moving & Storage and they did a great job every time! They are very careful with your stuff and also the walls. They wrap up stuff to make sure they travel safe through the move. Very PROFESSIONAL and work ethic. They are the guys to use for your move!

Absolute pleasure as Aaron and Jasper did a super job and I had a lot of laughs with them as well. When they stopped for the night in Memphis they emailed me to let me know. And any questions I had about the move Lance and James responded immediately. Best experience of all. A stress free one.

  • All My Brothers Moving Company - Little Rock

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I give them one star because the people who showed up were polite but the entire process was a NIGHTMARE. Was supposed to move Friday between 10-11am, got a confirmation call Thursday night around 9pm. Friday morning I get a call at 8:30AM saying they are not going to make it due to rain and they need to reschedule. So I rescheduled for Saturday between 10-11AM. The lady calls me again at 9AM Saturday morning and says that their truck was broke down and they would be late. They rent their trucks from Penske and she also called at this time to see how much I had (never asked when I set up the appointment) because they only had an 18 foot truck, not the 26 that they normally have. Anyway, their new ETA was 1PM. Also, these guys are located out of Springdale, NOT Little Rock like it says here. They get caught in traffic and this/that/the other and don’t get to the house until 2:15PM where I am told it’ll take an hour to pack. It took 3 hours. They also kept asking me if I had tools/moving boxes and blankets that you would except a professional moving company to have. They packed everything and then had to unlock the truck to make the couch fit. Meanwhile I am paying them by the hour. It is 5:40PM before they leave my house to head to Springdale where I am moving. I get a call saying they had to go 60 all the way, stopped for dinner, and stopped to pick up a 3rd man to help (there was supposed to be 3 all along, that’s what I was quoted for). They get to the new address at 11PM and start unloading. They banged quite a bit of stuff around getting it into the apartment but nothing was damaged thank goodness. It was just as much a surprise to the guy moving me that my 70” TV made it without harm SMH. They finally left around 1:30AM. I had to pay the other half of the total but they failed to tell me I would have to have cash as they did not have a card reader. I had to cash app some dudes girlfriend for the rest of it. Management sucks, VERY unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

It went without a hitch. The 3 men worked long and hard. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They were careful with every piece they packed and I had many pieces of China and glassware to pack. They were kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone .

  • All My Sons Moving & Storage of Little Rock
    1.0
WARNING! They advertise as being licensed, bonded, & insured; I felt confident in choosing them over the other companies I spoke with. They shattered our brand new 65” tv, disposed of it in their dumpster in the rain without our knowledge, apologized for it, and assured me that they would take care of us if we were nice about it. But their “insurance” is only offering us $150 towards the damages. No thank you. A 1-day, 6-mile move at $2,500 has now cost us $3,300. So heartbroken we went with All My Sons. The 3 guys we had on the move were very kind and worked very hard. But we definitely won’t be using them again later this year. Being able to trust that the company carrying our entire lives is going to stand behind their name is too important to my family. I am usually a person that sends Thank You and Praise emails/cards to corporate companies and/or management. I am passionate about recognition. So writing this review really hurts my heart. FYI: their typical coverage for damage is only .60 cents per pound of the broken item. Make sure to read the fine print if you use them. *I will update this review if anything changes.

  • American Van Lines
    1.0
Our move from Virginia to Ark was subcontracted out from American Van Lines to Boost Express Van Lines out of Brooklyn, NY. All were Ukranians many of whom were rude and rushed. Almost every box marked "Fragile' had broken glassware. Even an old butter churn they packed was broken in several pieces. Small pieces of furniture were broken. A rocking chair and a tv console worth several hundred dollars never showed up. Boxes of clothes on hangers were crushed and even plastic tubs were smushed and broken. Heavy boxes were placed on top of light weight items. Our movers drove all day and did not finish unloading until 1 am. Then they were to drive all night to Dallas so their unloading was extremely rushed. The movers did not communicate important information. I rented a uhaul trailer to carry bagged bedding and other lightweight things after the movers arrived to pack and told me I would have to pay for numerous boxes to put all the lightweight bags in. I did not buy additional insurance because I knew American Van Lines had been around a long time and I thought they were a good company. I applied for the standard reimbursement for damaged and lost goods but I refused to accept their payment because it was hush money. I had to agree not to share any negative information about our move with social media or anyone else. I share this in the hopes that others will think twice before they use American Van Lines.
