"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step. We thank God Benjamin Franklin plumbing understood that right now money is definitely tight, everything came out great! So glad to have a reliable plumbing service."

Initially tried to use one of the more established plumbing businesses in the area from a neighbor’s suggestion, but they acted like they didn’t want to do it. Not long after I put the word out on Angi that I needed help, Mr. Renfroe was giving me a call saying he could take care of it. He came out the next day and was able to handle it with ease and did a great job.
