Your tech took the time to dissemble and locate the failed element which basically only required slight adjustment to correct completely! The cost was minimal compared to what the cost of replacement components would have been! Your tech knew his stuff and was great! I’m so glad I’ve found a company I can trust to do the job correctly!!"

"Repair man showed upon time, performed maintenance on both units and the two furnaces.  He was extremely professional and wasted no time in preforming the maintenance, cleaned up the area completely.  When he worked inside the home he cleaned off his shoes and made sure he did not  track inside the home.

"They began wok in January but its not done yet. We already have a radon detector and we have a radon problem and he brought in instruments to do the measurements to confirm my issue. We went ahead to have a barrier installed and fans and all that. January weather isn't good for any service industry. After he installed everything I went down to take a look and the quality of work was not what I expected. So I asked him to mitigate it. The reading on the meter was correct but it showed that the work he did wasn't helping. After that we had a weekly monitoring and then the readings weren't improving fast enough. So it went into February and then March and in April we've had continuous visits. Every time he came back he made some adjustments and we saw a little bit of improvement but it's still not quite where it should be. So it was not what I expected. I'm just about to call it quits."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "There is Donald Bradford Painting & Repair. I never got anything good from him. His quote, I think he was doing a lot of the stuff here. He goes by Cobalt Roofing and Construction by the way, he has 2 names. I could never get all of the information from him. I don't have a total price. I have pricing, I never got a quote on the roofing and front rails, I never got my quote there. That was about 12000 dollars but I was missing a lot of the price. I was missing things from him. He failed to get back with me on things and when I tried to communicate with him he would never answer my phone calls. I started sending that he would answer an email once in a while, I had a question about the windows he proposed and he didn't respond to me, he had the supplier respond which was okay but I would rather heard from him. I didn't get a warm fudgy feeling about him and responsiveness.

He gave me the painting. He didn't give me the roofing. He never gave me the roofing and siding. I changed a bit on that but siding was not applicable. He never gave me a quote on 2 areas. I have a complete pricing on him. He was a nice guy, when he came over, he was a nice guy. That was fine, he was good. He knew what he was talking about and stuff. His problems are in communications and following through. He doesn't do well in customer support or customer communications. The pricing is incomplete. I would not use him, no, because when you are doing a project, if you can't communicate with the people who is the first person in charge of the project then that's bad. I want somebody I can get a hold of to talk to about my concerns if there is something that I don't understand or don't like. I want to be able to talk to him. If I can't talk to him then they don't get anything from me."
