"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "We just recently purchased this home (within 10 months). Over time we have come to find out that there have been many corners cut and major repairs needed. J.L. Wright Plumbing came to our rescue! They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful!
