"The guys quoted me what I thought was an exorbitant price for replacing the fixtures on my 30-year old bathtub, but the sticker shock had more to do with my ignorance of all things plumbing than with my being overcharged. The work required way more expertise than I would have expected and the guys delivered. In the process, they changed the flapper in my toilet for free and then discovered a leak in the pipe at the water meter. Once they'd finished with the tub, they just moved on without hesitation to the outside pipe and fixed it without a problem. If I'm going to spend money on plumbing, I want Ben Franklin (Jackson) to be the ones to do it."
