Called company in the morning to make the appointment, expected a wait of several days but was told someone would be out that afternoon and they would call first. Mr. Waddell called as promised and arrived about 15 minutes later. (We supplied the parts needed for the toilet but decided to have a professional do the installation). He was here less than an hour, first cleaning the drains in the guest bath and showing us how to care for them properly and then changed out the flushing mechanism. All done in less than an hour! Will definitely call again if needed!

David was quick, very friendly, and open to explaining what he was doing and checking for additional issues that could impact my problem. He also answered any related question I asked.

Tyler called ahead and arrived when promised. He corrected the break and showed me why it failed. (Poor installation during the home build). Very reasonable price. Also Madison Plumbing was the only service in four tries that would come the same day. As the water main had to be turned off, this was very important to me. From this point forward Madison Plumbing will be the ONLY plumbing I will make.

They did great. They were in and out of here in an afternoon and an early evening. I thought the cost was high. So far it has been excellent. They are very capable. They were on time. They're courteous. But their cost is certainly something that you need to get an estimate for.

I've used them before and I'll use them again. They were professional, well done, the trouble shooting and the pricing was very effective.

We've used them on and off since we've lived here. The overall experience we had with them was why I rated them an A. We asked them to pick the toilet up and bring it to the house and they did. If we had to do it our self, it was going to be such a burden to get in and out of the trunk. They brought it to us at no charge, that blew us away. Two people came to install the toilet. They were fine, they were great. They left the area just the way they found. Everything was good.

I've tried to use Madison Plumbing before and the front desk lady wasn't very professional and they didn't show up on time when they said they would. In a pickle I wanted to give them another shot since my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I've been having issues with the dishwasher not draining as well. David came out and identified the problem quickly. Explained it throughly to my mother in law, who was the only one home while he was here. She said he was very helpful and professional. I ended up needing a new garbage disposal and cut some line between my dishwasher and disposal. Unglogged some nasty lines and we were good to go. Very impressed with how quickly they came out, how professional and nice he was and how reasonable the price was at the end. They will now be my go-to service from now on. Thank you David!

We had an appointment set between the hours of 9:00-12:00.  I took the day off from my job using a vacation day for the repair to take place.  As a working mother, I of course had other tasks that I needed to take care of with getting my child ready for school as a day off from work should not be wasted.   Soon, it was noon and the plumber had not shown up.  I contacted my husband to call them as I did not have the number.  He called and was advised that the plumber was stuck on another job and she told him that he would hopefully be there within an hour.  We desperately need this repair to take place as our water heater part that was recalled actually fried sometime between us going to bed the night before and the early morning hours.  Now, it is almost 3:00 and my husband contacted them again and the lady states that it will be a while and that she would call whenever the plumber is on their way.  At this point, I called after retrieving the number from my husband and explained the situation.  The manager listened to me however, she could not give me any indication as to when the plumber was going to be there.  At this point I had wasted an entire day of work waiting on a repairmen and precious time with my daughter whom I was going to take to her schools open house and shopping.  I left the house close to 3:00 and was messaged around 4:15 from my husband to notify me that the plumber was on his way from Madison(45 minutes away.)  My work hours are from 8:00-4:30.  I very well could have worked that day and saved a vacation day in which I would not have been stuck at my home waiting for someone to show up all day long.  When the plumber got there I told him that I appreciated him coming out so late as I know he is working over being at our home at 5:00, 45 minutes away from his employer.  I also told him I knew that it was not his fault but that I had been waiting all day and it would have been very helpful to me if someone would have called me to let me know that a plumber was not coming until later in the day so I could have ran my errands and been back by the time he showed up.  He told me that he just goes where they send him.  This statement tells me that they never wrote our appointment in nor did they intend to send someone until they had absolutely no call ins.  This appointment meant nothing to this company as we were not the ones paying them, Rheem was.  To say that I am disgusted is an understatement.  I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I call them ever again.  I am truly disappointed in the customer service department and the person who does the scheduling.  We all have precious time as this is a busy world and mine was looked upon as it did not matter.  I would like to add that the plumber did make the repair in a satisfactory manner as our water heater is now in working condition.  I hope this review helps the management/owners understand that customer service is a very good tool to keep your business running and making a customer waste their time and use up unnecessary leave is not going to provide them with a good review.

The service was fantastic!! Kerry called me on Saturday morning and informed me he could be at the house in the early afternoon.  He called to tell me when he was on his way.  He had the water heater installed and up and running in 2 hours.  I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and courteousness.  I will definitely call on this company again for all my plumbing needs.

Very good.  I called on a Saturday about mid-day.  The technician was not immediately available so I requested his first service visit on Sunday morning.  The technician arrived as promised and cleared the sewer clog in less than an hour.

After 3 days ... so far, so good.  Good job, good price.  This is the 3rd time that we have used Madison Plumbing over the years.  They are the best in the area that we have used.

Being a Friday, I couldn't believe they were able to get someone out to help us.  We were  without bath/shower, toilet, and washing machine for the whole day, but were grateful knowing that someone would be out by COB.  Bobby and David were exceptional as was the female who answered my calls  She was able to initially set up the appointment.  Bobby and David assessed the situation and jumped on the solution within 5 minutes of arriving.  They were able to completely unclog the water main and we were good-to-go within 30 minutes.  I don't understand the B ratings for price and, what was it...  "Responsiveness"? /"Punctuality"?  The cost was very reasonable and, given the time and day of the week, I'd say they were as responsive/punctual as possible.  We will use them again....as a matter of fact - got an appointment with them tomorrow morning for a different issue.  Thank you, Madison Plumbing!
