Andrey was, in a word, EXCEPTIONAL!!! I first submitted an inquiry through HomeAdvisor about needing someone to tile my kitchen/laundry room floor and tile a backsplash in my kitchen, and I believe Andrey contacted me that same day. His prices were very competitive, but honestly, he could charge so much more due solely on his dependability, not to mention his knowledge and quality of work! I have had several past experiences with other contractors that have varied... but Andrey is honestly incomparable to them. It's like... before, I was existing in a world of muted greys, and upon meeting Andrey, suddenly, everything is brilliant and vibrant with all the colors of the rainbow. Andrey was able to do a next day quote first thing in the morning after our initial contact, and he showed up RIGHT on time. I'm very much a researcher, so I wanted to discuss different approaches to tiling the kitchen, what I had seen in YouTube videos, experiences friends of mine had, and what I should expect if I used him. While he was assessing my project for the quote, we had an in-depth discussion on what I wanted, various techniques/options that he would and would not recommend and why, the methods for how he would actually do the work, and his experience to back it all up. He has a very calm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable demeanor that isn't overbearing or dismissive - it makes you feel confident in him and the care he will take with your project. He showed up exactly when he said he would, every day, communicated promptly and on par with my continued querying, protected the walkway and surfaces around the site, completed the job in the timeframe he estimated, and he went out of his way (without complaint or annoyance) to use the products I requested (particular grout brand/color, etc.). I could go on and on about how impressed I am with Andrey and the process/outcome of my tiling project. Safe to say, I will use him again - in fact, I will go out of my way to find more for him to do! My only concern is that his work and work ethic are so phenomenal that his schedule will surely fill up, and he won't have time to do any more projects at my house!

Andrew did a very good job tiling a shower with decorative accents. He was very personable and completed the job on time.

Andrey and his assistant did a terrific job redoing our shower. The tile was perfect when he was done. And he came in on budget and when promised work would be completed. We have a few more projects that include tile work and I and going to hire him again He does a terrific job!!

These guys are the most professional most respectful i ve ever work with. Their communication was awesome, everything was explained upfront and the whole project was finished on time and they left the place very clean. If you need tile installed ceramic or porcelain or even a backsplash, I recommend these guys they did a perfect job.

Professional team. Andrey worked with me to schedule the project the day I closed on the house. I was offered advice on how to make the kitchen and bathroom look its best. Andrey stayed within budget and completed the project ahead of time. I would highly recommend and I would hire him again.

It is a great privilege to offer my highest recommendation for Andreyâ s Tile. Andrey dispelled all skepticism I personally harbored for online anything in terms of home projects. After receiving several quotes something just felt right about Andrey. He answered every phone call I made, responded to every text I sent and answered every question I had going forward with my shower tile installation. He is a pleasant young man, highly professional and motivated to please the customer. He completed the installation within the timeline provided and there were no surprises regarding additional costs. I have no words to describe the finished productâ ¦.stunning seems inadequate compared to the piece of artistic perfection he delivered. Andrey comes highly recommended.

Outstanding in every respect - estimate, project timeline, and finished product. Project review (what was needed), actions to be completed, and timeline accuracy was spot on! Very detailed in measurements on all cuts, installation, grouting, and clean up was the best I've seen of any tiler. Extremely professional throughout the installation. Would recommend them for any size tile job. They will do it and do it Right! Would definitely use them again!

Very nice to work with. Very professional and considers your input. Would definitely use them again Aft error doing this review I noted a problem that I would not rate the work quality a 5 star. Where my toilet tissue holder attaches they cut the hole in tile too big and instead of replacing tile they grouted it all around so every time you go to bathroom you see this big blob of cement. If using them again would definitely inspect closer before they left.

Removed old vanity, toilet, and linoleum tile then laid new ceramic tile and installed new toilet. They arrived when they said they would and did good work. Job was complete within a few days of calling for a quote. We would definitely use them again.

He was courteous and very professional. He never once took a break until he completed the job and brought me the ticket for the sealer to show the price was what he said it was. He impressed us with his work ethics.

They worked hard to satisfy what i wanted and were very responsive. We worked through some minor issues but they were very willing to correct them. Overall did a good job.

They installed my tile in a fairly large room. Were attentive to what I needed, and very professional.

Really good work. The work was started and completed as agreed upon. The crew worked hard. Really impressive to see young men with this kind of work ethic. My updates involved both hardwood and porcelain tile. Took six days to complete. Very pleased with the work.

Andrey came over to my house and instantly gave me a same day quote on tiling 1 bedroom, 1 game room, and renovating/tiling a small bathroom. He was able to start a couple of days later. The first day he removed the old flooring and prepped for tiling. He also removed the old cheap laminate painted paneling off the walls, the toilet, and the vanity in our bathroom. The second day he tiled the first bedroom. Our mover was running late to pick up our pool table from the game room, but this did not stop Andrey. This did not stop Andrey. He moved the poo, table to the side to start tiling the game room. The pool table finally got moved out and Andrey was able to finish tiling the game room. After the electrician rewired the bathroom, Andrey sheet rocked and finished the walls. The toilet flange was too high in the bathroom, so Andrey cut it down and replaced it with a the lower profile toilet flange. Andrey went that extra mile and was not suppose to do any painting. We agreed I would do the painting. He ended up painting behind the toilet and vanity before installing it back in the bathroom. This is the extra mile service Andrey does which we appreciate very much. It may be a small thing, but those type of things he does for the customer goes a long way. We did a final walk through and everything was in order from what we agreed on. If I ever have a tile job in the future, Andrey will be the first person I call.
