Everything is working just fine.The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and professionally. Real pros with years of experience and it showed.

We have used this company to repair our A/C in a rental property for eight years. The last two times they have been out they were supposed to obtain my authorization before performing repairs, which they did not do. When I politely explained to the owner that I was disappointed he became argumentative. I calmly told him I did not feel valued as a customer but he didn't care; he was combative and rushed off the phone with me. Furthermore, about two years ago when they came out for service, they sent bills to the property address despite me giving them my mailing address. I never received any notice until I got a past due notice at my correct address with a less than polite note on it from Jim. If they can't send the bill to the address I requested how is that my fault? They had my phone number so they could have called me. I will find another company that will treat me with respect and that is responsive to complaints. And if they respond to this complaint that there is no record of me, as they have done with the others, I have phone call logs and bills to prove that is completely false.

I was referred by another Angie's List company as I was out of their service area.  I call McCombs, they answered the phone right away (not my experience lately with other contractors) and scheduled an appointment for Friday of the same week.  I asked to call me if a slot opened up earlier.  On Thursday I received a call from the electrician and he was available to come within 45 minutes, which was perfect.  The master electrician was great, very professional, fixed my wiring problem quickly.  Very pleased with the service, professionalism and responsiveness of the company.  It's a family operated business, which doesn't always mean anything now days, but in this case it shows.  Highly recommend.

Hired to rewire an 1,100 sq. ft. home that was being renovated. They were MESSY, smoked in the house, left numerous items unfinished and finally after way too many calls to have the and quot;punch listand quot; items repaired, I gave up and have never called them again.

They come when you call them. They have large workforce. They are friendly. We always had good service from them. They are excellent in punctuality and responsiveness. If they are running late, they let me know. They are really professional. I would use them in the future.

I have used them for any of my electrical needs for some time now. The overall experience is excellent. The pricing is good. They are very responsive. They will call and tell me if they are hung up. I have no doubt that when they have done a job, they have done it right.
