The Project was not without complication, permits, surveys, inspections, window delivery delays, to mention a few. Throughout all this we worked very well together. Communication from the contractor was excellent at all times, explaining the issues and working with us on the solutions. Despite the challenges, the work was completed on budget."

They had to fit in replacing the support structure completely and worked tirelessly and long hours to get it done - not just to finish on time for us but to also be able to keep their word to the next client to begin their project. The finished screened porch is more lovely, cool and shady (and bug free!) than we dreamed possible.
