The Project was not without complication, permits, surveys, inspections, window delivery delays, to mention a few. Throughout all this we worked very well together. Communication from the contractor was excellent at all times, explaining the issues and working with us on the solutions. Despite the challenges, the work was completed on budget."

"Mr. De Marco and his team began right on time and completed the project on time, despite learning that the deck support pieces were rotten upon pulling up the old decking.
