"The consultation was excellent! In a timely and very professional manner, Mr. Sweezy and his associate entered my home, introduced themselves and inquired of services needed. Having had squirrels in my attic before, I described the attic noises. They examined the entire attic and determined the sounds were possibly overgrown trees over the roof; no recent squirrel activity seen. Tree service is planned. Mr. Sweezy suggested, wait to see if the attic noises stop after the trees are trimmed; if not, call him at that time. No service fee required. "We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
