We scheduled an appointment for an estimate and John showed up on time. The scope of work was discussed and John sent us a quote the following business day. He worked in the home for 3 days. Each day he showed up exactly when he said he'd be there. Prior to starting the work, he taped paper on the floors in order to protect them. He worked diligently, cleaning up along the way. His prep work, applying mud to the drywall seams and over the screws, was impeccable. He also fixed several areas where work had previously been improperly done. He cut vines off a garage that had been there for 20 years, it was a mess, he trimmed it back close but not bare as I asked, next he removed a jasmine that was7-8 ft tall,15 ft. Long, 4 ft. Wide, big job, I wanted it gone, he dug out roots with a pick axe, very hard work, did it all with a smile! He was 10 min.
