We scheduled an appointment for an estimate and John showed up on time. The scope of work was discussed and John sent us a quote the following business day. He worked in the home for 3 days. Each day he showed up exactly when he said he'd be there. Prior to starting the work, he taped paper on the floors in order to protect them. He worked diligently, cleaning up along the way. His prep work, applying mud to the drywall seams and over the screws, was impeccable. He also fixed several areas where work had previously been improperly done. We received three quotes and decided to go with Painter1 not only because theyâ re pricing, but also because Dionne was very personable and professional, taking many notes and pictures as we walked around our house describing what we wanted.
