I enjoy what I do so I don't consider it work. I love the way clean smells. I can do a deep clean which consists of baseboards, walls, fans, windows ECT. Or a normal maid clean which is dusting from top to bottom, wiping counters, front of cabinets, mopping ECT. I do air BNB, condos, residential and commercial.Making my customers happy is my number one priority.

Interior Painting questions, answered by experts

Yes, but you’ll need to make sure that the old exterior paint is in good condition. Before painting over the old paint, clean the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer. If you are opting to paint a lighter color over a darker one, you might need to apply a tinted primer so that the old paint color doesn’t show through.

It’s possible to paint inside when it rains, but you should keep the windows closed and have a dehumidifier in the room to maintain proper humidity under 70%. Note that keeping the windows closed means you won’t have ventilation, so double-check that you’re using a no-VOC paint for safety. Even then, it’s a better idea to wait until the rain has passed before you start painting.

Most exterior paints last between five and 10 years. Your region’s climate and the quality of the primer and paint influence the total longevity. Additionally, the surface you paint over impacts your lifespan, as wood needs more frequent recoats than brick.

Most interior paint jobs can last anywhere between three to 10 years, depending on your lifestyle. If you have small children or pets that make the walls messy, you might need to repaint on the earlier side. However, if you have a quiet home, you can get several years out of your current paint job.

Lack of durability is the most significant downside of painting tile. However, a painted tile backsplash doesn't see the same kind of action as, say, painted flooring tiles. For backsplashes, the durability of the finish is crucial because they often require cleaning. However, you can minimize the durability problem by using mild cleaners and water on the painted surfaces.

You'll need at least two coats of paint when painting your stair railings, despite some manufacturers' claims of single-coat coverage. This is necessary mostly because there are often many corners and details that make it difficult to cover all surfaces evenly with a single coat. Adding a second coat evens out the finish and provides added durability.
