"Brandon showed up on time and gave a clear presentation of repairs needed. However, Daniel arrived to do the repair and didn't seem to be prepared to do the necessary work. This could have been because of a quick turn around for the job, the scheduler fit me in the next day after estimate. The work did get done, Daniel even cleaned out the fireplace. I felt the cost was reasonable and that they did not do unnecessary repairs in order to charge more."
