I got a very courteous phone call right away. She asked me some questions about my project and then scheduled a technician for the next day. Technician called me the next day to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend BCS.

Brandon showed up on time and gave a clear presentation of repairs needed. However, Daniel arrived to do the repair and didn't seem to be prepared to do the necessary work. This could have been because of a quick turn around for the job, the scheduler fit me in the next day after estimate. The work did get done, Daniel even cleaned out the fireplace. I felt the cost was reasonable and that they did not do unnecessary repairs in order to charge more.

Brandon was great, I originally contacted for a cleaning, he was on time, cleaned up after himself and took photos of my problem area. The cost to repair the problem was reasonable and was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend BCS Chimney and plan to use them in the future for cleanings

The gentleman was very nice but I was having a problem with getting the pilot lit on the fireplace he took the logs out and cleaned off the burner but he told me they only installed new units and gave me a price for one which I declined. he did not go downstairs to check the gas line and after several tries, he got it to light but the gas smell was so strong even after several hrs that we turned it off so I do not feel that the problem solved.

"After reading your comment, we don't check gas lines because we don't have a license to rerun new lines if you did have a problem we would have recommended a plumber for that problem. Also, if you did in fact have a leak or problem then the log set would've never lit to begin with. I also explained to you that our company does not replace parts due liability and most parts being discontinued to some units. Yes, we recommend new units to every customer with a gas log problem because I can offer a great warranty and you get your money's worth"

Great guy to talk to, he went on roof to inspect, told me what was going on up there. Repaired and installed parts showed me the old parts. He took pictures before and after.bRepaired fire box and cleaned chimney. Do Not Use Top Hat. On there inspection. No pics only tolde me what was wrong. I can't come behind them and check. One week after top hat left, I called Bcs. That is what they found.

I had provided a negative review of the business before business could contact me with problem they were experiencing. The miscommunication was a technical problem that took a while to resolve.
