I started over 12 years ago with a couple of residential clients until I acquired an Apartment community cleaning their vacant units. Word of mouth spread like wildfire and after 2 years I had 5 Apartment communities. And with that I had 14 employees. That is what hard work and a keen EYE FOR DETAIL will get you. However after 5 years of employee turnovers, no call no shows and every excuse for not coming to work, I decided to scale it back down. I ended up with 2 Apartment properties and 1 employee. "David Eggler and another technician came to our house to replace our existing fireplace. They were prompt and very professional. Once they had the old firebox out they discovered rotten wood. David was not phased he drafted a quoted for the additional materials and labor in just a few minutes. After a 12 hour day my fireplace couldn’t be more beautiful.
