"I had a mold and water issue under my 2,700 SqFt ranch home found by an HVAC contractor. I had both AFS and Crawlspace Dr provide quotes for identical repair and remediation. The only difference was a small difference in the thickness of the liner material. AFS was substantially higher and used very high pressure sales techniques. So I went with Crawlspace DR. They were timely every day and worked with the HVAC contractor to complete the total crawlspace repair. They dug a drainage system and installed two sump pumps prior to soda blasting the entire Crawlspace. The space was then encapsulated and dehumidifier installed with new electrical circuits and water alarms in the garage. I can't say enough about how they walked me through the whole process and accommodated my schedule for the repair. I would use them and recommend them any time."

My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! "Brad was great to work with. Very friendly and confident in his work. The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."
