"From the first day at the foreclosure home "One Call Roofing" did it all and did it all correct. As I mentioned above the work was done perfect from tile in three bathrooms and large pantry, electrical rewire of most of the house, re sheetrocking of major torn down walls, screening of large portion. "Last year I had a tankless gas water heater installed and the vent through the roof had developed a leak. The $49 advertized price was said to include sealing of roof vents yet when the contractor came out he quoted an additional $100 price to reseal one vent. I questioned him on what was included in the advertized price and he claimed this sealing was not. I reluctantly agreed based on the fact that it would cost at least $100 to have another contractor come out and do the job.

".The contractor assessed the source of the water leaking into our basement. He was adamant that he could not guarantee that his simple repair would work, but he wanted to try it before embarking on the expensive task of digging down and resealing the basement. Since the leak had just appeared recently (and after some gardening work in that area), we agreed to risk the $1000 to try to caulk up the holes and regraded the soil near the leak. They came on time, finished on time, worked neatly and, most importantly, seemed to be effective in the results of the repair. I definitely would use them again even though, I felt, that the little time that it took them to repair did not seem to be worth $1000. On the other hand, I do not really know what a fair price is."
