"The job went great. We have an entrance to the bedroom from a back porch so the painters did not have to go through any other part of the house. They did not leave any thrash laying around and were very neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. We had another contractor bid the job and the prices were comparable. "To start, they were very responsive to all inquiries for quotes, described in detail the work to be done, stuck within the limits of their quotes and the subcontractor they hired to do the gutter portion of the job was top notch. All work was done professionally. The workers/staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all inquiries to my satisfaction. I would like to state they had weather related issues that delayed the work some, which they let me know so I would not be wondering if/when work would be done. We had two such delays. They showed up on time as agreed upon, the work they did was top notch and very professional looking and will add to the value of my home. And they did cleanup to the point you could not tell they had ever been there. A first for me, where many other companies that have done work for me have left messes in the past, there was nothing left on the ground or in my beds after they were done. The small company they hired to do the gutter portion of the work was the best I have seen. Superb! What I thought was a good solution, based upon other homes in my neighborhood, they actually designed and installed a much better solution. The homes in my neighborhood had small drains in the back of the gutter, drained directly onto the roof (which in itself may not be an issue but could be potentially later if water is getting under the shingles) and it was easy to tell they were 'quick installs', cheap options. What this company did with mine is they placed the new downspout towards the front of the gutter, to one side (on the big one up front on both sides), with a much longer downspout, where when the water comes out, it comes out onto the lowest part of that roof area and is directed away from the wooded/painted areas, and towards splash guards. Less risk of getting under the shingles, drains almost directly into a lower gutter and by being directed towards splash guards, it is less likely to splash over onto folks walking underneath. I would use either company again, without pause. Their pricing was very competitive, their estimate was very detailed, and I felt very comfortable with everyone that came out to work on my house. They deserve and have earned my strongest recommendation! Thanks for the great job and the flexibility to work around the weather issues that seem to keep coming up."

"Sam Howard and his crew at Pro Building Solutions remodeled our whole house for us. We had a projected time frame of 3 weeks (for only the bathroom remodel), added in a lot of custom details in the middle of the job, including taking out a wall, doing a custom bead board wainscoting in the bathroom, changing out all of the outlets/switches in the entire house, and replacing all of the interior doors/hardware and somehow still ended up with only 3 weeks and 3 days in total for our job! We were more than satisfied with
their performance! Every time we added something to the job, he would give us an estimation of how much time we were adding to the total of the job. In the end, they far exceeded our time frame in which we were expecting.  There were quite a few different guys coming in and out of the house, but all of them were courteous, professional, and took the time to listen to our needs.

Sam helped greatly with the design side. From start to finish he really made it an easy process in choosing which products to use
based on our budget that we had presented him from the beginning of the job. We selected a few upgrades that put us over our budget, after all, you're only going to remodel once! However, we were able to save on some other materials that Sam had recommended during the process with his contractor prices. He also handled all of the delivery of our materials and never once charged us for the many hours of consultations he provided throughout the construction process.

I absolutely hate the construction process (tearing my house apart) but all in all, Pro Building Solutions helped to make my project as easy and pain free as possible. They kept the job site clean every day, made sure I could park my car in the garage, and were always there to help me, even if it was to carry a few bags of groceries into my house on their lunch break.

Overall, I would highly recommend Sam and Pro Building Solutions to anyone looking for a quality remodel and an affordable price! They went the extra mile for me and always communicated every step of the way. Any issues were addressed swiftly and as cost effectively as possible. "David was great.  He assisted in working with the insurance company so that we got a fair settlement on the claim.  We had several rain delays but when the weather looked like we were going to have a few days of sun, his crew showed up early and started right to work.  They worked very hard the first day removing everything down to the rafters and then getting the OSB laid and the waterproofing on quick in case of rain.  On day two the framers came and did a fantastic job getting rid of the flat roof.  
The roofers worked ceaselessly trying to get the roof on before the rain that wasn't supposed to happen came.  When it started raining they quickly tarped the roof so that the contents of the house were protected.  They did a fantastic job on the roof, fascia, painting.  I was very impresses on the rebuild of a overhang, and the cut in of the flashing around my chimneys.  They are a very professional company that really care about the quality of the work that they do.
Cobalt and David are my contractor and I have already hired him to help with other jobs on my home.  I have recommended him to my friends and give him a double thumbs up.

"My husband and I are very pleased with the final result of our master bathroom renovation.  I think it will be a key selling point when we do decide to sell our home.  The journey to get there was a bit bumpy, with several delays on getting the project started.  Granted these delays were out of DBoA's control (increased national demand from one of their suppliers so there was a delay in getting parts), we just wish they were more up front on the reason for the delays in the beginning.  
Once DBoA was able to get their parts from their vendor things went very fast and very well.  The construction employees of Dream Baths of Alabama are very professional and courteous. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about those two men (both personally and professionally).  DBoA showed great workmanship at an affordable price (several thousand dollars cheaper than another general contractor that we looked into, and better quality based on the jobs we did have them do). They took their time to clean up the place after the job was done. The employees were very accommodating with us making a couple of last minute changes and getting them implemented. Even with the bumps in the road, because of the great quality of the final result we would recommend Dream Baths of Alabama for bathroom renovations. NOTE ON COST: The cost we listed also includes (as the contractor we turned down put it) "the pretties", which included the vanity, faucets, light fixtures, flooring, and paint.  What DBoA included that the other contractor did not was the shower raw materials, and toilet.
