"Initially it went well and they were responsive. Came out same day as my request but it was the end of the day and they didn't fully finish clearing the drain and when I called for them to return they let me know they don't guarantee drain and clogging services and I would have to pay again. Not what I had hoped for since they didn't fix it the first time. They didn't follow any sort of social distancing, wearing of gloves, etc. even when dealing with us with Covid going on."

Our initial trip charge for a repair is 75.00 with a 45.00/hr rate on most quick turn hourly jobs. Most of our work is quoted as a complete turn key proposal and not hourly. New construction initial visit usually has no fee. We tackle jobs most contractors shy away from, and use products most contractors don't understand. The products we sell last so much longer, do a better job and cost less to operate therefore we do not have call backs that could cost you more money than the initial investment.
