Residential Facelift

The quality of work was 5 stars. The finish product was excellent. Robert was very professional and attentive to my needs.

After waiting 7 months for Lowe’s to install and wrap my windows I finally gave up! I did a goggle search and Residential Facelift came up right away. Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate! They did an awesome job! Would definitely hire again!

Made down payment and he has not shown up to do the job. He keeps changing the dates every time I call him. Material has not been deliver as if this date. Made down payment on 14 January 2017. Has not shown up to do the work. UPDATE: They have installed the siding and the work is excellent. I even like the color. They still are installing the gutters.

My utility bill has gone down approximately $100 per month. With the window wrap, I have never had to paint. When I was cleaning windows, I accidentally got three out of camber. Robert came over right away and fixed everything. I am extremely pleased with his work and the product he has!  In addition, since that time, I have had Robert do other things for my home and I've been pleased each time. I think anyone wishing to use his services would be happy. He aims to please the customer and to be fair priced.

A month ago, I needed some major worked done to my house, from siding, soffits, new gutters, brick work. I decided to get some quotes from some contractors around the area. Residential Facelift quote was by far the most competitive of all the contractors. I was a little skeptical at first but I have to say they did a great job on my house.

The owner, Robert Fugate, really wants the customer to be happy with the work and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. I was very surprised that I could call/text him anytime and he responded very quickly.

Robert, thanks for the great work. You are what contractors should be like. Looking forward to working with you in the near future.
