Robert was sympathetic to the problems that I was experiencing at Lowe’s and agreed to help me right away. He came out the very next week and installed my windows. The next week he had one of his employees come out and do the wrapping. He even matched the price I already had! My install date for Lowe’s is January 22. I was told I couldn’t schedule a date for wrapping until the install was done. Which would have been another 6 weeks! Thank God I found Robert! The house is a flip and I was desperate!
