"Hunter reviewed our plans and made some additional recommendations. We still owned the process and he did his best to create our vision out of hardscape material. He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. They came out to fix it and apparently "fixed" the issue, but 2 days later it broke again. The new story is they didn't program the thermostat correction. Please think twice before spending a huge amount of money on a new air conditioning system install with a company that doesn't even know how to program a thermostat."
