"Some negotiating on the spot....apparently the offer was for 1 fireplace only and I have 3. Wanted too much initially for looking at another fireplace Couldn't determine if outdoor fireplace was getting gas."

"Burt Goodman worked all day to caulk and seal the chimney, replace the cleanout door, inspect the top of the chimney, caulk and repair the fireplace and brick face inside, and explain the whole process and answer my questions. (Please excuse if I used the wrong terms for some of the work done!) Overall, I would highly recommend Archer Construction."
