Mr. Gibbs did a wonderful job on our leaky water heater. I thought I could do a DIY myself and obviously fell short. I reached out to Bayshore Enterprises because it was in my area and I needed help fast as I am a single mom with two little girls. Mr.Gibbs was clear and transparent and gave me a good and fair ball park number. Communication was top notch and let me know when he was close to my residence so I could secure my dog. Mr.Gibbs was not afraid to answer my many questions and was very kind and informative. He replaced my hot water heater; no more leaks here!! Also, Mr.Gibbs loves sweet tea. Great company, easy to talk to, quality work, cleaned up nicely.. Will be hiring again when the time comes.
