I called to make the service appointment, the receptionist was helpful and provided two sperate time slots when the technician could come to our home. They texted a confirmation message confirming the date. The morning of the appointment, the technician sent a text letting us know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, and provided all the information I needed to decide on the repair. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly.
