"I recently had two new American Standard heat pumps and air handlers installed. The techs were highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I had hung a hook rack on the opposite wall from one of the air handlers and I thought I went into a stud but the screw actually went into the back of the metal heating cabinet. When the tech pulled it out to replace it he pulled some of the drywall out on the side I had installed the rack. It was my fault but he felt bad about it and his supervisor insisted that he repair it for me. I told him I would take care of it but he almost pleaded with me to let him fix the drywall. He came back the next morning and repaired everything as if it never happened, paint included. This is the best A/C and heating company I have ever dealt with and I've had several over the years. I would not call anyone else for my A/C and Heating requirements. I HIGHLY recommend them."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "Called Mickey's office on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment and was so surprised and pleased that he could come by within a couple of hours. Mickey can see many customers in a day because he is so knowledgeable about his profession that he was able to diagnose and fix my a.c. in a very short amount of time. Cold air started pouring out from the vents! I had put off calling someone because I anticipated a very large bill, as in the past. When Mickey told me the amount I owed, I was so happy because it was much less than what I was anticipating . In fact, after I asked him his price to replace my old thermostat, product and labor, it was so reasonable that I decided to replace it and add that service to my total bill.. "My technician was very good but he was in a very big rush. He was originally very pleasant and performed well in not so nice conditions as my house air conditioner was not bringing cool air into the bathroom he was working in. It was uncomfortable in the bathroom so he might have wanted to escape the hot air. He did not screw the top of one of the fixtures well and I wanted the 2 fixtures to not be so tight when you turn them but he was in hurry so I said nothing. He took care of the problem like a Real Pro and I am thankful for him and Choice Home Warranty."
