"We were asked to replace the air handler because the old one was leaking so your home warranty sent you a new one. Thats what we did. We had no history with the unit other than what you told us, Im sorry your home warranty company did not send you a new complete system like they should have the unit was 20+ years old. Just the Air handler should have never been swapped from the beginning for this reason. I am sorry you got caught in a bad situation but not our fault. We did what we came to do and saved you from another company wanting to cut your wall out?"
