"I recently had two new American Standard heat pumps and air handlers installed. The techs were highly professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I had hung a hook rack on the opposite wall from one of the air handlers and I thought I went into a stud but the screw actually went into the back of the metal heating cabinet. When the tech pulled it out to replace it he pulled some of the drywall out on the side I had installed the rack. It was my fault but he felt bad about it and his supervisor insisted that he repair it for me. I told him I would take care of it but he almost pleaded with me to let him fix the drywall. He came back the next morning and repaired everything as if it never happened, paint included. This is the best A/C and heating company I have ever dealt with and I've had several over the years. I would not call anyone else for my A/C and Heating requirements. I HIGHLY recommend them."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
