He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. Came out same day as my request but it was the end of the day and they didn't fully finish clearing the drain and when I called for them to return they let me know they don't guarantee drain and clogging services and I would have to pay again. Not what I had hoped for since they didn't fix it the first time. They didn't follow any sort of social distancing, wearing of gloves, etc. even when dealing with us with Covid going on."
