Kelly has been promising to repair the tankless water heater with a new isolation valve he ordered in Feb. 2015, but he has not done that. In March 2015, Kelly said he had the part on his truck and "should be able to put it in sometime this week." He never showed up or contacted us at all. When we contacted him by phone on multiple occasions, he always said that he'd be there that day or the next day for sure, but he hasn't made it yet.
The quality of his other work is excellent. Tankless water heaters should not leak.

I saw him on Angie's list, and they had a good rating so I used him.
I consider him to be among the best. Fair, honest, does a good job. What more could I want?
When we moved in February, the new house needed some work. We liked K Wood so much, we used them to run over $1,000 of gas lines in March 2014.
I called a free estimate and the were able to come out that very same day. The hot water in my bathtub would not turn off and we could not use the shower at all. When they came he explained what needed to be done and gave a price and told me when it could be done. I made an appointment for the next day which was the following Saturday he told he would be here between 8:30-9:00 a.m. At 9:00a.m Saturday I got a call saying he would be an hour and forty-five minutes late. They finally arrive within the time I was told this time and went straight to work and finished quickly. He was very professional but just late.
