They were busy when I dropped car off. Ended up giving me my oil change for free plus told be what other repairs would be needed in future. Courteous employees. Professional.

I have built a relationship with them. They are very responsive to my needs. They have a warranty on their parts and on their labor. I had little things/issues with them. Sometimes I have to go back because the repair made was not perfect. They are good and they take care of me right away.

We offered store credit for repairs made elsewhere which you accepted without comment--With regard to repairs made on your Ford; Our warranty applies to repairs we actually make and does not "blanket warranty" your entire engine. Unrelated failures are excluded from coverage. We hire and maintain techs of the highest skillset and the amount of positive reviews posted here and elsewhere paint a clear & accurate picture of our business and our mission. They tend to upsell you which is not a very comfortable situation. I would not use them again. I had a couple of interactions with them and I am not sure if I would recommend them. Since they are close by, they have done a couple of things for me. Every time when I go in there, they were trying to sell several hundred dollars worth of work.

We never want anyone to feel pressured or "upsold" when they visit us. It was November when I relized my car had no heat. Called honest one and got in that same day. There was a clog in a tube to my heater core, plus a mouse nest in there. They cleaned it all out and I got it back the same day. We have used them for all of our car issues big and thankfully small, this time. Eric Schmittdiel is the one who always does the work and takes the time to explain it all.

They had trouble getting the brake pads off the front calipers. So, they banged them
extremely hard, causing caliper damage. So now i hear rattle noise when i do not press brakes.
And yes i have had my struts and tie rods replaced by another shop.

Very good customer service. They have a nice waiting room and are very close to a beach with a playground, which was great for my kids. This company is so nice to work with.

We purchased a 2002 Toyota Camry from a relative. The car has very low mileage but, because of it's age we wanted to make sure everything was safe and the car was ready to drive. Honest-1 checked everything out and gave the car a clean bill of health.

I went to the location close to me and they said that they didn’t participate with that deal. They gave me a different type of deal instead, but it was about $100 total.

We knew our transmission was going and had started researching where to get it fixed when the car broke down on the highway. We had it towed to Honest 1 in Roseville that Thursday evening, after hours. By the next morning, they had already found a good used transmission for us and discovered a brake problem. By 10am Saturday morning, the car was done! Great service, fair price and the Saturday hours are a plus. Thanks!
