Simple process, as they do twice a year for us. Always prompt and polite. Quick to answer any concerns, good follow through.

The service man was on time and knew what he was doing. He looked at the thermostat for my heat pump and determined it needed to be replaced. It was staying on 90 degrees and would not turn the heat or cool on. He told me I needed a new thermostat and that he only had the basic kind (non programmable) on his truck. He said it would cost $195.00 and $89.00 for the service charge. I thought that was really expensive but since it was about to turn cold again thought I didn't have a choice.
He replaced the old one in about 30 minutes and checked to make sure it was working. Overall he did a good job but I later looked the thermostat up on the computer and it runs $35.00 new.

I use Darren Green all the time. They are always honest and never give a over blown analysis of the situation or charge for things that aren't necessary. I will use them as long as they are in business.

They were on time. They were pleasant to deal with and considerate of foot traffic and I was very pleased with them. It could have been cheaper and they do have competition that does that job for less. We have used them on and off for probably fifteen years, so they have a very good standing with us and I have been very satisfied with them.

They were timely. It was really cold and they explained the situation because both the units were 17 years old and to repair them was almost impossible. I wanted to know why? And they worked late to make sure it got done and I wasn't freezing to death. I was just happy they came and they told me what they needed. They told me to give them little time and see if they could get the best price on the top unit. They replaced everything. They did it in two days.

We've used them for the past 10-15 years. They are extremely dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. We have never had any cause to be unhappy with anything they have done. They are pretty much always on time. They are very professional.

There always honest and they never try to sell you something you don't need.

They put the units in and installed them and they come out once a year to adjust them. They have done pretty good for us. They are a fairly good company, they aren't the cheapest but they have the best service.

It turned out fine and they cleaned up the area where they worked. The installation was done competently but the only complaint I had is that they did little in the area of explaining how the unit worked and that sort of thing. I have subsequently tried several times to get hold of them for service; you leave a message on their answering machine but nobody returns your call. I will not use them again in the future.

Prompt service, friendly personnel, took care of any problems that came up. Would definately recommend them!

I used to use them quite a bit and I was always real happy with them. The last time I tried to call I never could get anybody. It was almost like they shut their doors or something. I tried over a couple of days and there was no way to leave a message. They always seemed really honest and I never felt like they were overcharging me or fixing something that didn't need to be fixed. I never thought they were taking me for a ride. They seemed like real honest guys. Their price was as good as anybody.

Absolutely the best. Great people on installation and the office. No problems or issues. The price was even better than we expected! Couldn't ask for better!

I have used Darden-Green in the past for trouble call, regular maintenance and new system installation. They have always been polite and helpful and I have never felt as though I had been ripped off. I would recommend to everyone.

I am quite pleased with this company. I like them because they do not try and sell me things that I do not need or tell me things are broken when they are not. I can not say what they charged for my most recent service visit but it was what it usually is. Their prices are always within the range of what competing companies are asking.
