Water Mold Fire Restoration

Water Mold and Fire told gave me a timeline of being able to get the work done in a week or two, then once the demo was done they said it would be 3-4 weeks until they could rebuild it. Then they stopped answering my calls. I had to hire someone else to rebuild it.

Jaren was very respectful and cared about the details. As far as disasters go, it was a good experience.

Great staff to work with, I had a water leak in my home they were fast and very knowledgeable about the cleanup process. Modern cleaning equipment was used to make certain all the water was dried up within 3 days. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing clean up services after water damage has occurred.

Quick response and very professional. Did a great job of cleaning up my basement after the city sewer backed up through the floor drain. Workers were quick, thorough and friendly. They also gave me some advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again and recommended a brand/type of dehumidifier.

Very thorough estimate and letting us know about additional leak we were not aware of. Workers showed up on time and did good work. I did have to call office to set up 2nd visit to rebuild drywall, but they were able to schedule it for my preferred day.

11 days later and I’m still waiting for a report from the mold inspector. No response to voicemail or email.

Patrick arrived promptly for an inspection and estimate; he was very thorough with explanation of degree of severity, all steps that would be taken to remedy the situation, how long the process might take to complete, and overall made us very secure with the entire process. Patrick was also on time for the beginning day of work, worked very quickly and efficiently on the 1st days process, answered all our questions in review of the procedure, and was patient and polite throughout. He informed us, upon returning on the 2nd day, he would apply a 2nd application, take stock of the effects of the 1st days process, then clean up.

This company was very responsive to our needs and documented all the work from beginning to end to help us understand the issue and the repair.
