He removed a load bearing wall from the living room, Which I have wanted to do this ever since I moved in 12 years ago. Everything looks great! He laid new flooring down and installed new cabinets with an island also. Just a few things left in the kitchen (to be done by somebody else) and then it will be completely updated. I highly recommend Sergey. I have already thought of many other projects that I want done around the house.

Better than expected! The contractor viewed the job and provided a reasonable quote. He had room in his schedule and was able to start promptly. Each morning he showed up on time and worked diligently on the project. He is knowledgeable, he works fast and had solutions to any impediment that was encountered. I would absolutely hire him again should the need arise. I highly recommend this contractor.
