Had lots of broken brockets that he was able to repair also. I recommend Craig for cleaning of chimneys."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The owner came out initially to access the problem and determine what supplies would be needed for repairs. He left and sent another employee back to complete the work. After he left I did have to call them back for a minor adjustment which was completed the same day. The cost was a little high in my opinion but we haven't experienced any more problems since the repairs."

U S Shingle sent Ken Proia to tell us why our Chimney was leaking down the fireplace and in our basement. Ken and one of his crew climbed on the roof, took pictures and explained to me what the problem was. Ken gave us two options: A quick patch job and hope for the best or eliminate any possibility that it would leak again. We chose the latter option. Ken and his crew was punctual and polite. They answered all questions that I had during and after the repair. After the job was finished, they said we will not see the leak again but the work was guaranteed if we did. They cleaned up the work site after the job was finished.  Our roof looks a lot better from our new deck and we feel like our home is in better condition than it was.
