"I was thoroughly impressed by the work of service doctors! I had quite a bit of work done. I had 6 rooms cleaned and 3 rugs. Lots of work for sure. Anthony was the individual who came out and did the work. I must admit he was VERY professional. That alone went a long way with me. Clean cut ,his communication was very on point he was thorough on the options of clean and he was timely. I had never heard of this company until now but I must say I was very satisfied with the finished product."

"James was great. Gave me a twenty minute heads up that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He handed me a business card and got to work, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. Took pictures of the interior of my dryer vent before and after cleaning and showed me his work. Cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. Very polite. Quick work, but not sloppy at all. "Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness.
