"Called on a Saturday and problem was taken care of promptly. It was even more expensive than normal since it was on the weekend. Plumber did a good job. Plumber had to remove commode and run the snake through the line to unstop it and reset commode."

"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step. "Allstate came the next day, after I called, and was on time. They had to go on roof to get my kitchen sink unclogged.. They worked in a timely manner, and were pleasant to deal with. I have no idea how competitive the cost was, because I have not had to deal with that previously. It was $185.00."
