"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. "Allstate came the next day, after I called, and was on time. They had to go on roof to get my kitchen sink unclogged.. They worked in a timely manner, and were pleasant to deal with. I have no idea how competitive the cost was, because I have not had to deal with that previously. It was $185.00."
