    Big Street was incredible to work with. They have an amazing staff to work with and an incredible office building to conduct business. My project consisted of a large scale remodel and renovation and new addition. The project was a residential project as well as a commercial project that involved several building trades, engineers, and architects. Whether someone is in the market for a residential contractor or commercial contractor, Big Street is the company to work with. I did find that they are busy but they are worth the wait. I would only expect that a contractor of their caliber would be busy all the time. However, when we scheduled my project, they met ever deadline and even drafted a contract that penalized them if they did not meet the project close out. Incredible company and a wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier

    This is the 2nd company we had to bring in to help renovate our house. I have to say I am extremely pleased the 2nd go round. Big street's crew was not only professional and respectful, ie., yes ma'am, thank you sir etc,... They actually knew what they were talking about when it came to the work that needed to be done and had several great ideas on how to improve some aspects. They renovated mykitchen, giving me room and better storage capabilities. They took the time to look at details and found a few mistakes the previous people had made and not only repaired the mistakes, but improved on the safety of the structures. They took all necessary precautions to help prevent future damages. Over all I was very pleased and impressed with the crew,their knowledge and their dedication. I definitely recommend Big street construction to anyone that wants reliable work done. Thank you Big Street Construction!

He would often suggest a tile treatment that would enhanced the overall project. His suggestions were just that, suggestions.     They were recommended by our insurance company and we went with them,. It took a month to get it done and it is still not ready. The water had got into the cabinet. They did not show up at time but they did a good job. They workers were nice but there was a bit of a communication problem. Some of the cleanup was done right and some was not

    If I had it to do all over again, I would have went with another company. The cabinets took 3 months to get to me which that is what I was quoted so that's fine but I ordered all white cabinets and was shipped some that were blue. Also many of the cabinets were broken and several the paint was scratched off. When I contacted them I was told I would have to wait for them to be put back into production and replaced which would take another month or longer. I can't be without a kitchen that long. Also, other components were scheduled like countertops and my contractor. In the end they gave me a small discount for the broken cabinets and the blue cabinets and sent me paint to paint the blue white. The otherbroken cabinets they told me ask the things that were broken were just for shipping purposes yet all the other cabinets I looked at while I was shopping around had these corner braces in place and some were more expensive depending on the type of corner bracket. One of the drawers is completely falling apart and I was told that my contractor can fix it by installing hardware. In the end, the small discount I got wasn't enough to pay my contractor to fix many of the issues I've had with the cabinets and he also didn't have a spray gun for the paint so you can see the brush strokes with the blue I had to paint white

    Unbelievable! The worst customer service I've ever seen. I ordered 2 cabinet doors which were supposed to be delivered in 20 business days. I had to threaten to call the police and file a claim with the NC attorney general to get my doors. After 4 months of waiting they arrived with a crooked line in the cabinet, I made multiple attempts to get my money back, but they insisted on making me new doors which I'm sure would have taken another 4 months and might also have defects again. They would not refund even part of my money for these issues. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Terrible company and terrible service

    I called three months ago to have an expansion tank and zone switches replaced on my boiler. They did not bring out any parts in order to repair. So they come out a second time to do the job. Was it fixed? No, zone switch failed and they left the water off for the basement. Third time they came out they admitted the expansion tank was bad, finally, replaced it, added some glycol to further run up the bill. And now again we are without heat. No problems with furnace for 6+ years until GPS came out and since it has been nothing but problems. Stupidly tried a fourth time to get them to come fix it, but the receptionist was rude and not wanting business. So, I give up. Do not give these folks your business, you will be sorry. Go somewhere else
