We employ certified, trained, top techicians of the Tanana Valley. Our team consists of 35 dedicated, friendly employees who are ready to help whenever you need us! Altrol is a premier Lennox dealer and also carries the following brands: Buderus, Crown, System 2000, Weil McLain and a complete line of Lennox hearth products, including wood and pellet stoves. Multiple "no shows" without even a phone call.
They had to come back 3 times to fix leaks they caused and that took over a month.

I apologize if our pricing structure was not properly explained to you. All of our work is done based off of a flat rate price book. This book contains hundreds of tasks and each task accounts for both material and labor to perform the specific work on an average basis. Therefore, the set price never fluctuates dependent on the time it takes the technician to complete it. This is beneficial to our customers because customers know exactly how much their total invoice for the visit will be before the work is even started. Regarding the decrease in efficiency you experienced with your system, we actually see this quite often. It is caused by a number of different reasons. The main/most common reason this occurs is due to a low stack temperature. It is very easy to mistakenly report a high efficiency if the stack temperature is set too low. Having a low stack temperature shows a higher efficiency, yet it can cause serious damage to your boiler in the colder months when the stack could condensate. We hope this offers some reassurance and resolution to your feedback. If you have not already received a phone call, we will be sure to get in contact with you as soon as possible. Second call was a scheduled in advance glycol additive to prevent pipes from freezing in the winter. He also cleaned off the furnace a bit because when I 'cleaned' it earlier in the day before his arrival, apparently all I did was blow the dust into the pilot light effectively putting it out. Oops. I will leave to professionals from now on.
