Victory PaintingVictory Painting recently completed my full exterior house painting, 1600 square foot house. The painting included house body, fascia and pop-outs, garage door, front door and door trim. Steve's company was one of three bids I received for the painting job. Victory Painting is licensed, bonded and insured, and those factors were important in my decision-making process. A friend who had Victory Painting paint their exterior about a year ago recommended Steve's company while I was seeking bids, and Steve was friendly, prompt in communication, and professional. Steve also noticed details about my property/painting area that the other companies did not notice. Steve's crew was friendly and professional, and the exterior of my home looks fantastic. My south-facing fascia needed a lot of work, and Steve's crew got it into top shape without me needing to have it all replaced. Steve gave me tips on how to keep it in shape over the next few years. Ronnies Handyman & Home Service LLCI found Ronnie's Handyman Service online through Angie's List, as they were highly rated on the platform. I needed to completely tear down and install new wooden facia that goes around the outside of the home. The entire process was streamlined and painless -- from setting up an estimate, to drawing up the invoice, and starting the project. I want to shine a spotlight on Ron and Erik, the two gentlemen who came to my home and worked tirelessly everyday from morning to evening. Both men were very professional and were willing to answer any question I had along the way without fuss. And the part that I enjoyed the most from my experience is that the project was on cruise control for me on my end. Ron and Erik would show up in the morning and go right to work, while I only periodically would step outside to check on things. Otherwise, they were on autopilot and I could go about my business. Franco 5 PaintingJonaton did an excellent job using the best materials. He discussed the job with me in detail and a major issue was how long to wait for new stucco to drop in pH before painting. He discussed this with the paint supplier and we did a lot of testing and wetting down to be sure it was ready. I was impressed with his concern and professionalism to get the job done right and make sure there would not be problems down the line. In the end it was beautiful, and I extended the job to include the existing garage and garage door and front gate. Jonaton is very serious, honest and skilled. I would use him again and probably will in a few years to repaint the rest of the house.- Linda B.

He patched up everything nicely and, after discovering that the paint I had on hand didn't match, used his instrument to accurately match the color go buy the right paint. Overall I'm pleased with this repair and would hire him again for work on my home.

Francisco and his crew did a great job. Not only did they get the painting of the exterior of my home ahead of schedule and faster than expected but they also took time to check with me on anything that wasn't clearly specified in the work order and quickly took care of any touch ups or concerns I had after the original work. Paint colors and application are to the specification laid out and well applied. Small cracks and wear on the original stucco was also patched/repaired prior to painting. Pricing and warranty beat all the competition I could find as well.
