We are a licensed Painting Contractor working throughout Southern Arizona. We specialize in exterior repairs, painting, and roof coatings. We have twenty-five years experience in the coating industry, and all six of our employees have been with the company for more than eight years. License # ROC 130286 & ROC 153932 .

Burlavin, through Brian bid on the exterior painting of a 1000 square foot private residence. The home was built in 1947 and has thick layers of paint and casement windows. The home had been sandblasted but the entire preparation for painting had not been completed. Burlavin's was not the lowest bid, but it was the most direct. Burlavin was prompt, very responsive, and easy to work with. Brian and his crew arrived when he said they would and completed the project promptly. And, the final product was simply remarkable. What a great paint job! We were so pleased with the professional job done by Burlavin, that we are looking forward to the next job we have with them. We would highly recommend Burlavin.

The crew did a very good job at painting and cleaning up everything when they were done. They match the paint with the original color of the house for us.
