"Hello [Member Name Removed], We are sorry you feel this way. We have tried multiple times to work with you to correct concerns that you have found, some of which were caused by another contractor you had in after us. Which is not covered but we addressed for free. Now the most recent concern you have is that we did not apply 2 coats of paint to your ceiling, yet we showed you we did by how much paint was used, only 2 gallons left in a 5 gallon bucket. Which we also advised in our Yelp response to the review you left there. Based off the paint specification it covers 425 sqft per gallon. This means that the 3 gallons we used was the correct amount. As you say you watched them the whole time, why when the crew did a final walk through with you, you said nothing to them about only doing one coat and furthermore why did you pay immediately after the job if you know we did not complete the job? Lastly you have been very aggressive and foul mouth with all of the employees we have had on site, that they don't feel comfortable being around you. We try to work very hard to make every customers job great and it shows in the other 400+ five star reviews we have on all our review platforms, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like we were ever going to be able to please you. Again, we are sorry you feel this way about us, we would have hoped it was a different story."
